Stylish, clean, quiet, right by Ostbahnhof. Helpful staff. Nice common area for work or sitting around. Good, reasonably-priced breakfast.

Good Points The staff in the hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. We asked for a kettle for the room and it was organised – no problem. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Cucumber water at reception is a nice touch. Plus there are free pastries for guests. The location is not exactly pictureseque but it’s really handy for the S-Bahn and for walking into Kreuzberg. Also there are funky riverside bar/food yards just up the road. Tresor is 10-15 minutes walk.

very modern hotel with a very cool vibe to it. The staff really goes out of their way to make everything very comfortable. Good suggestions on where to go out in this trendy area of Berlin. The location was also excellent for our needs. It is very close to the east side gallery so the graffiti’s on the Berlin wall. And to all the places to go out. The staff was also very nice and helped us with the room that we had. The air conditioning was not working. They changed the room without hesitation, and gave us a room where the Aircon was working and we had a very comfortable sleep. The room is quite small but has everything you need.

The location, breakfast and room cleaning are good, no major complaints. Nice lobby with awesome staff. The room looks stylish with all the LED strips and the bed is quite firm.

-Rooms were really nice, cleaning staff did a great job -Location was great, 5 min. walk to the East side gallery. Right beside S-bahn station, a direct link to the airport goes through this station, and all trains through here bring you to major parts of the city -Staff were super helpful and nice to interact with

Basic but very good quality hotel, rooms and beds are good, bathroom is small but sufficient. Shower is more than sufficient, be careful not to be flushed through the drain ;) Sometimes neighbours can be heard, mostly in the low frequencies. Tankstation at the back of the hotel depressurizes sometimes which does make some noise. The hotel is near Ostbahnhof so through there you can go almost everywhere in Berlin and if you travel one more stop to Ostkreuz or Jannowitzbrücke, Berlin is at your feet. Direct connection from(to) BER airport, then a ten minute walk to the hotel. Staff is very, very sincerely friendly, thank you guys ! Breakfast is good enough, on saturdays there's bacon as an extra, meatballs are really good as well as the moxyhumus. Overall, if the prices(which vary a lot) are good, this is an excellent hotel to explore Berlin !

The hotel itself looks amazing and new. There’s a nice and large lounge/common area and bar on the ground floor to have breakfast in the morning and drinks throughout the day. The hotel room isn’t too spacious but has everything you’d expect from a hotel room and looks very clean and new.

Great staff which was helpful and available at all times. There is a very relaxed atmosphere and the hotel offers good value for money. The sound isolation was good as our room was overlooking a big road. Its location is a great starting point for discovering Berlin.

It was convenient for the train station and the office. Modern feeling hotel with interesting décor. Breakfast was reasonable, a good range of options. Staff where very friendly and helpful.
